Today we have a new recording of BB King circulated for the first time. This one just came in recently.

I actually have two sources for this performance and I’m putting this one out first as source one.

This does sound somewhat distant and not as clear as the second source.

But the special thing about this recording is that it contains the opening set by John Hammond.

I’m not familiar with his repertoire so I wasn’t able to figure out his set list.
