note=removed static pops at 00:42, 00:43, 00:50, 00:52, 01:02, 01:22, 01:31, 01:40, 01:50, 02:46 in "opening farewell" (there were others i couldn't remove)

[GOODY - further cleaned 01:55:01, 01:57:49, 01:58:46]

note=restored over 4 minutes of talk between "the times you've come" & "for everyman" from another version, from=wp

note=probably had been removed to fit show on one 80 min CDR

note=cross-faded applause between "for everyman" and "talk"

note=smoothed faded transition between "talk" & "redneck friend" by cross-fading

note=apparently somebody had tried to fix it before by inserting a piece from another source (which matched exactly my previous source!), but just stuck it in (so was easily removed)

note=restored last 12 seconds of last track from another version from=wp

note=on 1xCDR90 & HDD
