TAPER NOTES:
Cyndi Lauper's first ever concert in Atlantic Canada.
General admission show.
Recorded from equivilant of 3rd row, near stacks
Crowd noise is apparent in parts, due to being up front instead of a more ideal recording spot (last minute choice to go up close)
No post-processing has been done to the recording. It is presented "as is". It could use a little more bass, however decided to share it exactly as recorded.
True Colors started in standard fashion, then changed into a dance version, similar to one she recorded in 1997 for gay pride (it was gay pride weekend this weekend in Halifax). I decided to split True Colors into 2 tracks as there's a clear break, and it's basically a different song.
The was a one-off show, Cyndi was not on tour at the time. And it shows. Lots of mistakes.
