I picked this up from Lossless Legs last July, and (to me) it sounds a lot better than Cologneshark's posting of the Swinging Pig bootleg source.
Swinging Pig, alas, had a nasty habit of applying harsh eq, compression, noise reduction etc. to their recordings and it sounds as if that was the case with their release of this show.
The capture I am offering here was taped directly from the FM broadcast, complete with DJ announcements (absent from the TSP release), and it sounds more detailed and "natural".

The TV feed was used during the Sam Kinison section to avoid the radio station censorship button.
A volume difference on the videotape between these audio sources was fixed using NERO wave editor.
NERO was initially used (in 2002) to remove some audio glitches and just generally clean things up.
The changes between FM and TV were minimized at the time.
Then when I re-mastered this in 2010 I used Audacity to work on the volume changes a little more.

Neil and the boys really have a good time at this show.
The FM broadcast really highlights the powerful acoustic boom of the auditorium.
An excellent audience and soundboard mix.
